Audrey is the new owner of the bistro at the lakeside of Lac de Gurson and here’s the menu. I tried the Burgurson a couple of weeks ago (€8.50) which is the best cheeseburger I’ve had in ages – highly recommended! No need for frites unless you really want to pig out.
Unless you want to push the boat out and go to Auberge de l’Eclade in Menesplet (under new ownership and with some dodgy recent reviews), the best local restaurant is L’un des Sens (formerly Hotel de Commerce) in nearby Villefranche de Lonchat.
