Leave the airport on the only road available.

Airport

After a few hundred metres you’ll arrive at a t-junction. Turn right.

After another few hundred metres you’ll arrive at a roundabout. Turn left towards Bergerac.

After several roundabouts and 4km you’ll arrive at a main roundabout with a Centre de Commerce including a large Leclerc. Take the left turn (3rd exit) on the D936 towards Bordeaux.

Continue on this road for 24km passing through Lamonzie St Martin, Gardonne, Sainte Foy la Grande and Porte Sainte Foy. You’ll see a big lycée on the left hand side.

A short distance after having crossed the bridge over the Dordogne river turn right at the roundabout towards Montpon-Menesterol (D708). After 300m there is a set of traffic lights and at these turn left on to the D708.

Ste Foy

Continue on the D708 for 9km until you arrive at St-Meard-de-Gurson. At the main junction in the village (Restaurant Le Pressoir is on your right hand side) turn left on to the D32 towards Villefranche de Lonchat.

St Meard left turn

Continue for 8km. Ignore the sign for St Martin de Gurson! Turn right on to a local road to Carsac de Gurson (you’ll see the village on the hill to your right).

Continue through Carsac de Gurson and the next village is St Martin de Gurson. The centre of the village is on your right but continue more or less straight ahead (on the D33). After 200m you will see the Source Cristaline water bottling factory. Continue for a further 150m and our house is the last in the village on the right hand side. Turn right into the drive just past the house and you’ll arrive at the back gates.

If you’ve forgotten (or haven’t been told) the code for the combination padlock on the gates contact Martin (07766 421869).
